For this client we were asked to recreate a 250 year old mantle piece from Italy with integrated wood storage. The original was made of stone, so we went through an extensive process of developing a concrete mix that looked like the original. This was a challenging project, but in the end we were all quite pleased with the outcome. #residential

A fully cast kitchen island, base and counter are cast from the same concrete. This was a beast of a piece, anchoring the room physically and visually. Vintage mail baskets were placed on custom slides to create a one of a kind drawers. #residential

This is a large counter top that doubles as an outdoor bar with roll-up garage doors. The client wanted and integrated drain board and undermount sink that mimicked the flow of sediment and water. #residential

This is a custom sink that was made using a method called fabric forming. Fabric forms allow us to achieve beautiful flowing contours and points of tension. This particular sink pushed the limits of this technique; achieving thin fins and subtle drainage. Another unique feature is that it is suspended by cables from the ceiling; presenting unique plumbing challenges. #residential

Because of the space constraints of this project, the stairs to the loft area needed to be incorporated into the end of the counter. Though this was a bit of an extreme solution and quite a fabrication challenge, it ended up working quite well. #residential

Custom Kitchens

Kitchens are the heart of a home. Food eaten and messes made. Friendships forged and arguments settled.
